Prominent land mark building near centre of York on a very busy road junction. Very careful planning and considerations to pedestrians and road users safety were taken by Swirlforce. The handover back to the client went with out any snags or complaints after 2 weeks of work. We used multiple Doff machines so as to cause minimal disruption to residents daily routine.
We carried out Doff steam cleaning, Soft wash, re-paint all external surfaces. The work included Multiple Mewps between rush hours and Council Road traffic plans to minimise disruption. The property had not been cleaned since Wimpey built it 12 years ago.
