Cleaning K-Rend walls gently and effectively
K-Rend is a fantastic product and looks great but over time it can start to look older than it’s years, this is usually easily remedied without the need for a full re-render using soft washing.
We were recently tasked with bringing a block of apartments back to life in Bicester. You will see the build-up of lichen, mould and pollution had left this block looking old before it’s time. The Swirlforce team carried out a soft washing procedure on the K-Rend walls which has brought them back to the original clean and crisp finish intended for the building.
This is a very cost-effective procedure compared to a re-render and provides very little disruption for landlords and tennants.
